Located in a historic apartment, the owner decided to remodel both the kitchen and bathroom in a vintage, urban style. The kitchen and bathroom are designed in dark blue and light grey tones, complemented by metro tiles and brass fittings to create a timeless yet contemporary atmosphere.

The layout of both rooms was reimagined for better functionality. The bathroom was expanded to include a built-in washing station, concealing the washing machine while offering space for additional storage. The original floor plan didn’t include a bathtub, but through thoughtful design, it was incorporated into the new layout.

The result is a harmonious blend of aesthetic and functionality, where each element serves both a design and practical purpose.
