This chalet in northern Slovakia was designed as a holiday rental for families and larger groups. The aim was to create an open yet well-structured space that offers comfort while meeting the practical needs of a rental property.

The generous living area with its double-height ceiling is accentuated by a series of vertical lights, creating an airy, spacious atmosphere. Large windows provide views of the surrounding nature from all parts of the interior. The kitchen and living area are openly connected, with a large dining table serving as both a central focal point and a natural divider between zones.

The interior design focuses on durable materials, a restrained colour palette, and clean lines – a modern yet subtle approach that integrates harmoniously into the alpine landscape and provides guests with a comfortable, welcoming retreat
